Single-vineyard Barossa Roussanne from Helen and Mark O'Brien's 267m site, hand-picked, cool-fermented, rested on fine lees and bottled early by Elena Brooks for purity.
Pale with a green hue. Baked apple, peach, almond and honeycomb aromas. Light-bodied with energetic acidity imparting ageability, with a fresh mix of stonefruit and blanched almond, underlying chalky textural notes, and a long, bright finish.
