A beautifully fresh and fragrant Riesling, made with fruit from NSW’s Orange. Although an enjoyable drink now, it will evolve nicely in the medium-term.
Bright pale lemon. Fresh pine-lime lift with notes of bath salts and white pepper. Light, dry and fragrant with limey fruit intensity, green herb, talc and pepper notes, terrific purity, fresh grapefruit acidity and minerally flavour persistence.
