The name Pecorino means 'little sheep' supposedly because it was a favourite treat for flocks of sheep driven to lower pastures in the Italian hills.
Pale and bright. Rich aromas of melon, ripe pear and lychee. Generous and textural, with a core of lemon curd, crisp pear and vanilla pod, plush mouthfeel, soft acidity, and a rich, juicy finish. Drinking well already.
