David Hook is one the Hunter’s pioneers of alternative varietals. We love this Barbera for how bright, juicy, classy and moreish it is.
In the glass: Bright red.
On the nose: Lifted raspberry, plum and spice.
On the palate: A medium weight yet generous wine with sweet black fruits, a long, zesty line
of acidity and well-judged oak. Juicy, soft and supple with excellent length. A classy and very moreish Barbera.
