Hunter Valley winemaker and local identity, David Hook, has crafted yet another delicious wine with his David Hook Reserve Chardonnay made from premium fruit sourced from the Broke Fordwich sub-region.
This fine straw green coloured Chardonnay exudes very elegant aromas of lime, nectarine, pineapple and vanillin oak. Refined, velvety and delicate, the palate is showing white melon, citrus fruits and tropical zest. Very harmonious oak drives the long finish.
