Darren De Bortoli created Noble One in 1982, and to this day it is still one of the most awarded wines in history. Noble One remains the benchmark of Australian Botrytis wines.
Amber tawny colour. Very deep, rich and complex with raisin, caramel and marmalade notes. A big, rich and dense wine - very sweet but well balanced showing layers of complex, honeyed fruit and oak working together to create a deeply satisfying drink.
