This wine is a perfect blend and was carefully handcrafted by senior red winemaker Julie Mortlock, who has been with De Bortoli for over 25 years.
In the glass: Deep red violet.
On the nose: Plum, dark cherry, raspberry, earth and cedar.
On the palate: Shows a ripe core of red and black fruit with black pepper notes making for a savoury, earthy, medium-weight style with some mocha on the ripe finish.
