De Iuliis Off Dry Semillon 2014

This is the first vintage where De Iuliis has ventured into the off-dry Semillon domain, producing a white wine that’s fresh and vibrant with a touch of sweetness.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon with a faint green hue.
On the nose; Restrained aromas of white florals, citrus and a touch of honey.
On the palate: Made in an off-dry rather than an overtly sweet style with clean and reserved lemony fruit flavours, a juicy mid-palate with a touch of marzipan and honey lingering on the finish.
