An outstanding release from De Iuliis, that was described by the Panel as 'almost Pinot-like' in its delicacy. A small splash of Cabernet adds structure.
Vibrant pale ruby. Cherry, raspberry, bay leaf and cedar aromas. Light to medium-bodied, with layers of crushed herbs, white pepper, white chocolate, cranberry, mulberry and cherry, plush mouthfeel, and a dry, earthy finish. A great food wine.
