Pale and bright with a silver hue. Aromas of bath salts, lime, lemon and ripe pear. Lime and nashi entry, with deeper notes of lemon and tropical fruit, elegant salinity offsetting a hint of fruit sweetness, fresh acidity and a savoury finish.
