Delatite Deadman's Hill Gewürztraminer 2013

Delatite’s winemaker Andy Browning says the fruit for the Delatite Deadman’s Hill Gewürztraminer 2013 was all handpicked and whole bunch pressed to retain the pungent flavours that Gewürztraminer is famous for.
 
Made using biodynamic methods and using natural yeast ferment, this delicious Gewürztraminer is pale straw coloured with sweet lychee and rose petal on the nose. Intensely aromatic and flavoursome, it’s strongly varietal with musk, honey and stonefruit intensity lifted by minerally acidity.
