With its cool climate and sub-alpine location in Victoria’s High Country, Delatite’s wines have a structure and complexity reminiscent of some European wines.
Very pale with a faint bronze hue. Lifted aromas of pear, apple, lemon and stonefruit. Light-bodied with a bright mix of lemon balm and white melon, tightly-wound acidity, and some chalky textural elements to finish.
