Vibrant pale gold. Lime, green apple, gooseberry and citrus zest. Fine, dry and lean, with layers of stonefruit driven by tight grapefruit-like acidity, underlying minerality, and deeper notes of cut grass and passionfruit, and a bright, juicy finish.
