The 2022 release of Il Minestrone is a blend of Shiraz, Graciano, Grenache, Mataro, Merlot, and Montepulciano, which harmonise to create a juicy and delicious wine.
Deep red purple. Dark berries and fruits, sweet spice, black tea and bramble. Full-bodied and savoury, with blackberry, mulberry, cherry and plum, fine-grained tannins, soft acidity and hints of violet, pepper and cassis on the glossy finish.
