Modern Australian Rosé at its best. Grenache from the 1965-planted Doole Vineyard is the lead, with Vermentino adding its natural acidity to the final wine.
Very pale pink blush. Lime, white peach, white strawberry and rose water aromas. A bright and jubey wine, with classic red berry core depth, soft and gentle acidity, attractive underlying minerality, and a rich, dry finish.
