The Adelaide Hills continues to be a leading region fo Sauvignon Blanc and the fruit for this wine is sourced from the southern and very cool climate sub-region of Kuitpo of a vineyard named "The Range Vineyard".
 
 
In the glass: Fine straw with a green hue.
On the nose: Elegant gooseberry and herb with background white pepper.
On the palate: Refined and pure fruit balance with lovely umami from start to finish. White melon and fig with fresh and long persistence.
