Drayton's Family Wines Nouveau Verdelho 2012

With their Nouveau range including this vibrant Verdelho, Drayton’s shows that they’ve combined the know-how of nearly 160 years of winemaking with an understanding of contemporary tastes.
 
Lifted aromas of vibrant tropical fruit and paw paw characterise the nose of this pale to light lemon coloured Verdelho. A vibrant ripe melon entry leads to a light pine/lime and tropical fruit core. It has nice crisp acid length with mouth-watering persistence and is an enjoyable drink now.
