Exclusive to Wine Selectors and from a Yarra icon, the lovely TarraWarra Estate Farm Block Chardonnay 2021 has masses of flavour yet remains refined and latent at the same time. It shows an attractive mix of tropical fruit, fig and grilled nuts, underlying crème brulee and nougat complexity, good balance and depth, supple acidity, and plenty of savoury oak.
The quality of the wines being produced at Credaro is superb, and although their tightly-wound Five Tales Chardonnay 2023 is delicious now, it's definitely yet to show its best. Rich and ripe yet youthful, it features lovely lemon-lime core depth, background tropical fruit, tangy acidity, creamy textural elements, and toasty oak.
