On the palate: Rich, intense, nutty and beautifully developed . A silky, creamy wine with concentrated flavour, line and length. Refreshing acidity drives the finish and the oak is well-judged. Quite old-school but totally delicious. Enjoy with really good quality cold-smoked salmon.
