Winemaker Peter Pollard carefully selected fruit from two Langhorne Creek vineyards and softly pressed the grapes to preserve the bright varietal fruit characters.
Pale and bright in appearance. Nashi and white melon aromas with a hint of stonefruit. Quite rich and full-flavoured, with a core of citrus and melon, tightly-wound acidity, underlying minerality, and a dry, savoury finish.
