Echo Ridge Top Block Chardonnay 2009

Esteemed Hunter Valley winemaker Colin Peterson crafted this rich and savoury Chardonnay from pristine and carefully selected parcels of Pokolbin fruit.
 
This bright lemon straw coloured Chardonnay opens with ripe stonefruit and cashew aromas leading to an equally rich and full palate with nutty secondary notes showing. It also showcases a savoury core of stonefruit and a terrific backbone of acidity with nutty oak in support.
