EcoRidge Merlot 2013

Drawing on over 30 years of Hunter Valley winemaking experience, the Bainton Family has produced an appealing Merlot that’s ideal matched to rigatoni with aubergine, chorizo and tomato.
 
Full red purple in the glass, this appealing Shiraz presents a rich, fragrant nose of red and dark fruits, currants and crushed leaf. The palate is juicy and plump with a dark mix of berry and plum fruit, a hint of mocha, fine tannins and cedary oak.
