Only the third release of this wine from a single block of Eden Valley fruit. The cool, dry and long vintage conditions in 2021 was perfect for high quality Chardonnay fruit.
Pale gold with a green hue. Subtle smoky grilled lemon, roasted cashew and cedar oak aromas. Taut and focussed entry of lemon verbena and ruby grapefruit, with a hint of custard apple, fine acid balance, and savoury supporting oak.
