Eden Hall Grüner Veltliner 2016 (use EDENH21716)

In the winery: Fruit was bag pressed with only the free run taken. After a managed fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was bottled quickly to retain its freshness and purity.
In the glass: Deep straw yellow.
On the nose: Fresh apple, stonefruit, citrus.
On the palate: Very clean and crisp with beautiful layers of Granny Smith and lemon zest, textural and minerally mid-palate, good length and crisp acidity. An excellent example of the style.
