In the winery: The hand-picked fruit was bag pressed with only the free run juice taken. After a managed fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was bottled quickly to retain freshness and purity of fruit.
In the glass: Pale lemon straw.
On the nose: Citrus, apple and lychee.
On the palate: Minerally with lemon sherbet, green apple and grapefruit depth, firm acidity and subtle peach notes on the dry finish.
