In the winery: The fruit was fermented and transferred to new French oak for malolactic fermentation and 12 months maturation.
In the glass: Full, dark red.
On the nose: Lifted ripe currant, plum and vanillin oak.
On the palate: Full-bodied and seamless with deep layers of black fruit, cassis and mocha. Very complex and well balanced with ripe, silken tannins, deluxe oak and a fine acid frame.
