Inspired by the Chardonnay-based wines of Chablis in northern France, with focussed fruit flavours and minimal use of oak. Drinking well already.
Bright pale gold. Aromas of peach, melon, citrus, sweet spice and cedar oak. Fresh and varietal, with layers of nougat, roast nuts and ginger snap under fresh lime, white peach and yellow melon, lovely purity, crisp acidity, and good length.
