The Elbourne family continue to produce stunning single vineyard and wholly estate-grown Hunter wines. Their 2022 'Jill' is a delicious example of the regional style.
Full mid-gold. Beautiful and complex aromas of nectarine, oyster shell, cashew, flint and ozone. Rich and harmonious with lovely texture, a silken core of fruit, quality vanillin oak, soft acidity and a deeply-flavoursome finish. A lovely wine.
