The Elbourne family continue to produce superb single vineyard and estate-grown Hunter wines. Their pink Sparkling is a delicious example of the regional style.
Pale pink with a fine bead. Lifted strawberry, lime and rose water aromas. Opens with layers of raspberry, lemon and cherry, with underlying minerality, mouth-watering acidity, creamy mousse, and a savoury, almost saline finish.
