This Cabernet hails from Elderton’s Craneford vineyard in the Barossa, which sits at an altitude of 390-425 metres above sea level, hence the name, High Altitude.
In the glass: Bright dark red.
On the nose: Dark berry, dried herb and cassis aromas.
On the palate: Crunchy red and blackberry fruit flavours with strong mint and leaf varietals, vibrant minerally acidity and firm tannin depth. Very youthful so will develop beautifully.
