Tempranillo is quickly moving from emerging to mainstream, with some excellent examples coming out of the Adelaide Hills, as this well-made wine from Eloper shows.
Medium density purple. Plum, dark cherry, cried herb and graphite aromas. Shows a riot of black fruit flavour with generous, mouth-filling richness and plush texture, fine tannins, bright acidity and plenty of quality oak.
