A deliciously complex blend of 77% Pinot Gris, partially barrel fermented in old oak, 20% hand-picked and whole bunch-pressed Riesling, and 3% skin-contact Gewürztraminer.
Pale lemon with a green hue. Pear, melon, almond and sea spray aromas. Bold and flavoursome, with a core of lemon and white peach, hints of white nut and oyster shell, juicy acidity and a long, dry finish. Very fragrant.
