Evans & Tate Metricup Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

A steaming tagine of Moroccan spiced lamb is the perfect food to pair with this elegant and regional Cabernet Sauvignon from the award-winning Evans & Tate winery.
 
This Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red in colour and opens with dusty plum, currant, cassis and hints of leaf on the nose. It’s medium weight, elegant and crafted in a savoury, regional style with a good core of dark fruit power and a slightly herbaceous twist. The finish is persistent and long with some soft yet deliciously dry tannins.
