Ferngrove Chardonnay 2012

Ferngrove has established a reputation as a premium wine producer in the Frankland River region, and the winery is fast becoming recognised for its production of outstanding, cool climate wines from estate-grown fruit.
 
Bright lemon straw in the glass, this Western Australian Chardonnay features sweet peachy fruit, citrus and cashew-like oak lift on the nose. It has a rich core of stonefruit, citrus and apple with supple grapefruit-like acidity, savoury, mealy hints and creamy length.
