Pale and bright. Fresh and vibrant aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Light and fresh, with excellent intensity of lemon sorbet, yuzu, green apple and passionfruit, with hints of lemon shortbread and jasmine, mouth-watering acidity, and a crisp finish.
