First Creek Hilltops Tempranillo 2017

While the First Creek winery is located in the Hunter Valley, winemaker Liz Silkman sourced fruit from the Hilltops region to craft this lovely cool climate Tempranillo.
Medium red to purple. Blackberry, dark cherry, tobacco and vanilla bean. Bright and juicy, loaded with black and blue fruit with savoury hints of cigar box and leather, savoury tannin crunch and well-judged cedar oak in support.
