Pale and bright. Pretty aromas of citrus, pear, lemon butter and oyster shell. Powerful yet refined and fine-boned, with layers of lemon, marzipan, fig and brioche, an underlying complexing nutty layer, lovely savoury oak, and juicy flavour persistence.
