First Creek winemaker Greg Silkman leads the team, aspiring to transform the best fruit characteristics into premium varietal wine styles. The best Verdelho fruit from renowned vineyards in the Hunter was chosen for this stunning wine. Pale yet bright in the glass, it has a wonderfully fragrant nose of subtle citrus and herb aromas. The palate, which is light, tight, dry and clean, with open up beautifully when given some time to breathe such as through decanting.
