First Creek Vermentino 2013

The Hunter Valley’s First Creek has crafted the alternative variety Vermentino, which originated in Sardinia and Corsica, into a delicate, aromatic white.
 
This very delicate, pale straw coloured white has fine, perfumed aromas of elderflower and gooseberry with a hint of capsicum. Bright floral, gooseberry and green fruit flavours show on the elegant palate, which has positive length, subtle nougat-like texture and velvety persistence.
