In the winery: Fermented in stainless steel with neutral yeast for true fruit expression.
In the glass: Very pale lemon, green hue.
On the nose: Lemongrass, straw, bay leaf, florals and peppery spice.
On the palate: Fresh with layers of lemon, grapefruit, lanolin, talc and Sunlight soap bound by the mouth-watering backbone of acidity required for the long-haul.
