Winemaker Damon Eastaugh is a founding member of Flying Fish Cove and a Yalligup local for over 20 years, giving him plenty of time to discover the right ingredients for creating deluxe Chardonnay.
In the glass, this 2012 vintage presents a bright yellow lemon colour. Smoky, nutty and struck match notes on the nose lead to an intense palate with nectarine and pineapple varietal fruit, deluxe oak, smoky wild ferment and nutty lees texture. It finishes beautifully with finely woven lines of grapefruit acidity.
