Flying Fish Cove is one of our favourite Margaret River wineries, and we have been impressing our members with their terrific regional wines since the first vintage in 2001.
In the glass: Pale lemon, faint green hue.
On the nose: Nectarine, grapefruit, light florals, cashew and cedar oak.
On the palate: Melon and stonefruit depth with grapefruit-like acidity and terrific oak support leading to an almost salty finish.
