Flying Fish Shiraz 2012

This Gold medal winning Shiraz comes from the Margaret River sub-region of Wilyabrup and the grapes used are from the same parcel as Flying Fish’s Reserve Shiraz. A vibrantly memorable red!
 
This appealing Shiraz is full red purple in colour with dark berry, plum, white pepper and beetroot aromas on the nose. The vibrant, dense and dark palate is bursting with a lovely youthful mix of mulberry and blood plum flavours with tight tannins and quality oak supporting
a long, dry finish.
