Fonty's Pool Cabernet Merlot 2008

Fonty’s Pool is one of Western Australia’s premier wineries and was established in the Pemberton region in 1989. Their cool climate blend of Cabernet and Merlot is a perfect example of their expertise.
 
Dark brick red in the glass, this blend features lifted curranty fruit and cedary oak on the nose. The palate is clean and elegant in a mid-weight style with a juicy mid palate and a solid core of dark fruit flavours. Some secondary leather and earth characters increase complexity and it finishes dry with cedary length.
