This Chardonnay is the work of a former mathematician who was so taken with Polish mathematician, Benoit Mendelbrot’s work on fractals that he named a wine range after them!
Medium yellow in colour, it has an attractive nose of peach, melon, nougat and vanilla aromas. The palate is mid weight, but complex and mealy with ripe varietal fruit, sweet oak and nutty lees persistence. Shows good intensity and balance.
