Frank Camorra La Rosa Tradición Sparkling Rosé 2005

For Frank Camorra, like all Spaniards, it doesn’t have to be a celebration to enjoy a Sparkling wine and this example, with its complex flavours and structure is the ideal match for Spanish fare.
 
This pale salmon to onion skin coloured Sparkling has a lifted mix of grilled nuts, mushroom and shortbread aromas with a touch of aldehyde. The lingering palate is beautifully developed, rich and complex with crisp acidity that's still fresh and drives layers of dried fruits, brioche, redcurrant and straw through to the long and almost salty finish.
