Pale lemon green. Rich and lifted stonefruit and toasty oak. Deeply-flavoured yet tightly-structured, with a ripe mix of melon and fig, underlying nutty complexity, vibrant acidity and delicious oyster shell minerality. Long, precise and very well made.
