Gapsted Limited Release Petit Manseng 2012

This textural white is made by Victorian Alps Winery, who were the first in the country to successfully produce single varietal examples of Petit Manseng.
 
Opening with bright citrus and orange zest on the nose, this medium straw-coloured Petit Manseng from the Alpine and King Valley regions of Victoria has a surprisingly restrained palate with clean, green apple, lime and gentle stonefruit characters balanced by soft phenolics and a fresh line of vibrant acidity.
