This lovely blend presents lifted aromas of elderflower and passionfruit with a herbaceous twist. Racy citrus and mineral fruit intensity gives a vibrant fruit tingle-like mouthfeel while grassy Sauvignon Blanc varietals are nicely balanced by fuller Semillon flavours. Crunchy acid to finish.
