This Cabernet comes from Gapstead Wines’ King Valley vineyard which is located in the high country with elevations from 100 to 850 metres above sea level.
In the glass: Full, deep red garnet.
On the nose: Full-bodied, juicy and rich with a lovely velvety texture, ripe tannin foundation and a supple, lingering finish. Rich and generous with a dark mix of fruit, background oak, excellent flavour length and persistence.
